Sally Robson-Thomas
Sally supports adults, young people and couples to navigate life’s challenges in a respectful and non-judgemental manner. She has worked in rural and urban settings and loves to work with people from all walks of life. Sally enjoys working with a range of tricky problems that can bother big and small people, including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and relationship issues.
Sally’s strength-based approach to therapy supports people to navigate their lives with more clarity and calm. She has an integrative approach to psychotherapy including Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and recently poly-vagal theory as a way to understand the body’s response to stress and helping us to move to a state of safety.
